The Best FIFA Football Awards 2023 were held on 15 January 2024 in London with Lionel Messi, Pep Guardiola, and Aitana Bonmati the biggest winners from the award.
While Lionel Messi controversial was voted the Best Player of the Year award, Pep Guardiola won the Coach of the Year while Spanish player Aitana Bonmati the Best Women’s Player award.

Lionel Messi won the award. Lionel Messi has been in the FIFPro World XI for 17 consecutive years. The only player to do so.
